📦 Supreme Beams Return & Refund Policy

At Supreme Beams, every product we create is custom-made with precision and care. Because our items are personalized and produced to order, all sales are considered final.

However, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, so we’ve outlined our fair return and refund policy below.

1. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All engraved, printed, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

  • We strongly encourage you to double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@supremebeams.com].

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We will remake the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.

  • Once design approval or production begins, cancellations are not possible.

4. Shipping & Returns

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or costs due to incorrect addresses.

  • Return shipping (when approved) is covered by us only in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect fulfillment.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the approved return or cancellation.

  • Orders paid through Afterpay, Shop Pay, or similar split-payment services will be refunded according to their terms.
